Why do you believe in diversity and inclusion?

I started more than 20 years ago in an environment that was part of a heavily male-dominated sector. Over time, I’ve seen firsthand how diverse teams consistently deliver better and more innovative results, along with stronger team engagement.

What do you think we need to do as individuals to improve inclusivity?

Inclusivity starts with small, everyday actions. It's about being intentional and thoughtful in the moments that matter. For example:

  • When creating a project, ask yourself whether you've included diverse points of view to help build a better solution.

  • In meetings, make sure everyone has had a chance to contribute their talents to the conversation, and actively invite people to express themselves.

What does positive change mean to you?

To me, positive change is a day-to-day mindset that ensures we bring together the best people from all horizons to collaborate and grow.

What do you think are the toughest challenges facing our clients?

With all the new technologies and the daily challenges our clients face, it's easy for cultural change to be pushed aside. However, it's crucial to treat it as a priority and to measure progress at the highest levels of the organization.

What are you most proud of?

I pride myself on creating teams that are as diverse as possible, where people are engaged and genuinely enjoy working together. I believe this is the foundation for a successful career, especially for younger professionals.

What do you like most about working at Hatch?

What I like most about working at Hatch is our unique approach that combines both technical expertise and innovative thinking. It keeps people engaged and helps attract talent from all horizons, making Hatch a truly wonderful place to work.
